Freilich
Mr. Freilich is equally comfortable
trying a civil case before a jury, negotiating a complex business transaction,
or drafting a document. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from
Columbia University, Mr. Freilich was a Melton Research Fellow while pursuing
his Ph.D. in Philosophy at the Ohio State University. In 1973, he earned a Juris
Doctor from Case Western Reserve University at the Ohio State University and has
been admitted to practice law in Maryland, Ohio (inactive), and Florida. Mr.
Freilich is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Maryland
Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court
of the United States, Supreme Court of Florida, United States Court of Appeals
for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Court for the District of
Maryland and the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
